Our Alfresco Menu is ideal for any kind of party or event, as we serve it at weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate functions and so much more, so regardless of the occasion you need catering, it’s a three-course feast that we think will knock your guests’ socks off. Whether you’re organising a formal affair or a casual get-together, and whether you’re inviting hundreds of people or just a handful, our hardworking Hog Roast Corbridge chefs and catering assistants can cater with this menu with ease and we can also provide extra food if needed too, such as welcome canapés (with or without alcoholic or non-alcoholic refreshments), as well as more starters, sides and desserts if required.
We start off your Alfresco service with platters of salami, Prosciutto di Parma, Parmagiano, Gorgonzola and buffalo mozzarella, as well as ciabatta, herb focaccia and breadsticks (with balsamic vinegar and olive oil for dipping) and once you’ve had your fill, then we serve your hog roast main course buffet-style. You’ll get to feast on four sides too, including a tomato and mozzarella salad, our gourmet coleslaw, a selection of salad leaves and a potato dish, where you choose either roasties with rosemary and garlic or buttered new potatoes with chives. Once devoured, it’s then time for your two homemade desserts, like profiteroles and summer pudding or tarte au citron and cheesecake. Divine!
