Hog Roast Bournmoor – Dazzling Dining Delivered to Dan and Diane’s Wedding

At Hog Roast Bournmoor we are always delighted to welcome in new customers, especially when those new customers have entrusted us with the dining for one of the most important days of their life. Dan and Diane came to us after looking at many different caterers for their wedding, all of which simply couldn’t deliver exactly what they had envisioned for their special day. One they stumbled upon Hog Roast Bournmoor and saw our stylish roast delights that all soon changed however! Dan had always wanted to try the authentic hog roast experience; he told us that he was a huge history buff and always loved the idea of the community-led spit roast, done at the centre of a town or village with all being able to come and enjoy a huge pork roast cooked in an immense fiery display atop a spit. Upon hearing that we at Hog Roast Bournmoor could help to recreate a slice of that authentic hog roast experience he simply couldn’t go anywhere else! It simply is the best way to enjoy event dining after all.

For their wedding Dan and Diane wanted a drinks and canape service together with our roast buffet. As guests arrived to the reception the Hog Roast Bournmoor serving team greeted them with a welcome drink and soon took to circulating the room with trays of delicious canapes while guests mingled. Pan seared fillets of beef, Scottish smoked salmon on fresh bread, mini pizzas, chicken liver parfait, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini’s – these were all helping to fuel guests before the main event.

Hog Roast Bournmoor Dinner was served as a buffet. Dan and Diane had of course chosen the hog roast as their first meat option and it was joined by a lamb roast alternative or BBQ pulled jackfruit, Guests could come up and be served their protein of choice along with accompaniments of tomato and mozzarella salad, homemade coleslaw, a selection of seasonal leaves, roast potatoes and potatoes dauphinoise.

Dessert of sticky toffee pudding or cheesecake was then served to tables before the wedding cake was also portioned up and served with cream and a summer fruit coulis. Champagne was also brought to guests at this point too for a final toast to the lovely bride and groom.

A dazzling dining event for a dazzling pair of newlyweds!
