Alice was turning 21 in March and wanted to plan an event for her friends and family to celebrate her big day. Alice enjoys dancing and going out for cocktails, so she decided to host a cocktail party at a local function room. Alongside the drinks and music, she also wanted to provide catering for the guests to enjoy. Once she had contacted Hog Roast Coxhoe, we discussed our buffet menu options to decide which was the best choice for the occasion. Alice decided that our Southern Slow Roast menu was the ideal choice, since it includes a variety of delicious dishes.
The Southern Slow Roast menu includes three delicious main dishes, as well as a delicious meat-free option. For this menu, we are planning on serving a Texan 24-hour beef brisket, Cajun roasted chickens, and slow-roasted pork.
