Autumn Hog Roast Warden

This month has been crazy weather wise! We have had sunshine, wind and heavy down pours. A splash of all kinds really. But that doesn’t stop us as at hog Roast Warden from travelling the length and breath doing what we do best feeding the nation with delicious wonderful food. We have been really busy and this week was no exception catering for a large corporate event and catering for one thousand, yes one thousand but it is a lot easier than you might imagine with the use of attachments for the hog roasting machines we can cook huge volumes of food for instance the chicken rotisserie you can place say fifty chickens or say forty joints of beef to cook and also on the underside of the machine we can have a nice pig on the go cooking and we sometimes only ever need two machines to cater for huge numbers as on the other machine we could have hundreds of jacket potatoes on the go and again on the upper side more meat the machines have duel cooking and cook from two cooking areas and both at different temperatures if desired. We did all of that for our corporate event when all the food was cooking we then chopped and made up our salad bowls using lettuce tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion and then made some dressings we also placed baskets of buns and there was some amount of buns! All ready and then the important clients burst out of the doors all famished by the look and ready to enjoy a hearty meal, the food really didn’t last long, Hog Roast Hire Warden did a grand job ever f we do say so our selves and everyone agreed as all the guests complimented us on a great spread and we really did feel so proud we also got asked by a few guests about catering for them in the next few months which is always a bonus we came away feeling rather pleased with our selves and as we headed back to base we all agreed that we were really looking forward to the festive season and all the cooking delights we would be doing…
