The latest couple whose wedding we had the pleasure of catering for were Lee and Samantha, who tied the knot on 6th May and celebrated their nuptials with 100 members of their family and friends at Hartlepool Rugby Club. A popular venue that we know well, the rugby club is a top choice for weddings in the Hartlepool area, and if Hog Roast Hartlepool are doing the catering there, the wedding party can always be assured of a fantastic meal to go with a great venue! We were joined on the day by Wallis and Co’s wonderful ‘Wallis wagon’ who were onsite to provide music and cocktails. They are fellow mobile events specialists who love going the extra mile for their clients as much as we do!
Lee and Samantha asked Hog Roast Hartlepool catering manager Jarrod and our team to provide our popular Southern Style menu for 100 wedding guests. This delicious option is a flavour-filled and fun feast for diners of all ages and it is one of the reasons why it is such a perfect choice for weddings. Lee and Samantha’s Southern style menu included: BBQ pork butt, beef brisket and Cajun chicken – all cooked ‘slow n slow’, BBQ pulled jackfruit burgers for the vegan option, along with sumptuous sides of all-American mac n cheese, seasonal veg, and French fries. We also provided gluten free bread rolls and sustainably sourced wooden crockery and cutlery.
It was a lovely menu for a great couple – we loved catering Lee and Samantha’s wedding, and the Hog Roast Hartlepool team wish them all the best for the future!
